Who I am

I am Adele Yaron, a psychotherapist, supervisor and group facilitator based in Brighton. I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

For the purposes of UK data protection law, I am the data controller for personal information collected through this website.

Information relating to my psychotherapy and supervision work is treated confidentially in accordance with my professional obligations as a UKCP-registered psychotherapist and applicable UK data protection law. Website and email services

This website is hosted by Squarespace. Information submitted through the website may therefore be processed by Squarespace as part of providing the website and its contact functionality.

My email is provided through Google Workspace, so information sent to me by email, or forwarded to my email from the website, may also be processed and stored by Google.

These providers operate their own security and data-protection arrangements.

Cookies and website analytics

This website does not currently use Google Analytics, advertising trackers or other marketing-tracking tools.

Squarespace may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for the operation and security of the website. No non-essential marketing or behavioural tracking has been intentionally enabled.

If the way the website uses cookies or analytics changes in future, this notice and any consent arrangements will be reviewed.

How long I keep information

I keep information relating to website enquiries and general correspondence only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, or where there is another professional or legal reason for retaining it.

This website privacy notice relates primarily to website enquiries and general correspondence. If you go on to work with me professionally, additional confidentiality, record-keeping or privacy arrangements will apply to that relationship. These will be shared with you at the start of any on-going work together.

I do not share personal information received through this website with other organisations.
